The house is situated just outside of the village of Tegallantang and is surrounded by rice fields. From our terrace you can watch the villagers working them and when evening falls sounds of crickets and frogs spring alive with tones of a distant gamalan. Morning call comes with the birds or from the man who is chasing them from the field.

You are the guest of Bachtiar and his Balinese wife Anik in their comfortable house full of old colonial atmosphere. The 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms have private bath-rooms and the choice of two single or one double bed. The unique rental conditions of Balianders give you the possibility to enjoy the pleasures of your own villa with its beautiful garden, on the budget of a Bed and Breakfast! And if you book for 4 persons or more, no other guests will be received.

In a separate part of your home are two friendly people of Bali, so known for their hospitality. They are the heart of Balianders.
Bachtiar can take you to any of the tourist sites but also to many places still undiscovered and explain the history and daily life of Bali and it's people.
Anik will serve you a tasty breakfast, lunch or dinner, with a choice of Western or Indonesian food, including local fruits and cakes. If you wish to go to the beach or shops, Bachtiar can drop you off any time at Kuta or Sanur beach or at the still ex-clusive beach of Petih Tenget only 10 minutes away where you will not be disturbed by salesmen but now a days you can enjoy the luxury of a nice restaurant with excellent food and cappuccino coffee. Various day trips are available at your request, with stops where you want. Trips of two days or more to north Bali can be arranged. But maybe you will just like to relax around the house.
